We conduct an in-person meeting with the subject to identify their health, medical, and/or marital status in the context of benefit eligibility. This is done by confirming the subject’s identity and address, contact information, details about their lifestyle and activity level, current medications or medical treatments, employment status, and sources of income, as well as verifying that compensation is being received in an accurate and timely manner.

RECORDED STATEMENTS

We conduct a face-to-face interview with your subject or witnesses to determine if all parties are consistent in their version of events. Recorded statements can be utilized with property loss claims, personal injury claims, motor vehicle accident claims, and workplace injury claims.

FIELD INVESTIGATIONS

These include: slip and fall claims; burglary, arson, and/or theft claims; product liability investigations; accident/loss scene investigations; record retrieval; witness identifi cation and statements; photographs, video, and measurements loss locations; and neighborhood canvasses.

DESKTOP INVESTIGATIONS
